One thing I've done is to label everything in my kitchen with the WW point values. Mitch humors me on this one, but agrees that looking up point values on the same items over and over is ridiculous! Making dinner is much easier and also quicker too! I've gotten through most of the older items and every time we bring food into the house, I take a few minutes and label all those items as well.So there you are.... hope that helps you on your own losing journeys!
